Oracle network Chainlink has launched its Data Streams product on the Avalanche network, providing real-world market data for GMX, a decentralized perpetual futures trading platform. Unlike traditional push-based oracles, Data Streams utilizes a pull-based oracle model, retrieving offchain market data on demand with low latency. This is particularly beneficial for platforms like GMX, where traders require real-time access to raw, high-frequency price data. Data verification onchain is only performed when necessary, such as during the execution of a trade. Chainlink continues to expand its product offerings, recently integrating with Celo and deploying its Automation features and CCIP protocol on the Gnosis network. In addition, Chainlink partnered with Arta TechFin to tokenize real estate, revolutionizing the buying and selling process while increasing liquidity and reducing transaction costs. These advancements have the potential to democratize the commercial real estate sector and attract both institutional and individual investors.
